Four-Panel Comics
I made many works throughout 2021, beginning with Crowned. Between those pieces, I drew on characters and settings from existing artworks to create stories in four panels. Crowned and SHHANart alone amounted to around 70 works, giving me a wide range of poses and appearances to use as characters.
I built the comics around memes I personally enjoyed and light humour. Some stories developed into series, which I posted on Instagram over roughly a year.
The comics brought earlier artworks back to mind while also serving as teasers for the next pieces. They helped me introduce Crowned and SHHANart to a wider audience in a more approachable way. I planned to add stories from CHAOS and original narratives, but stopped the series for personal reasons.
