Shhans Squid Game

Shhans Squid Game is an NFT project reinterpreting the characters and symbols of Netflix’s Squid Game through Shhan the black cat. Growing naturally out of Shhans, I designed these characters by adding the main cast’s clothing, player numbers, and physical features to the basic Shhan form.

For No. 456, the protagonist’s player number, I designed separate versions showing him before entering the game, after joining it, and after winning.

I also added game elements similar to Japan’s Ichiban Kuji prize lottery, such as letting collectors earn cards like the Front Man and Player 456c as collecting rewards. These elements helped the project gain popularity.
